You may want Mark Anthony Silverthorn Law Offices Professional Corporation to perform some work on your behalf over and above Mark Silverthorn providing you with advice on our office’s toll free number. In these circumstances we will require that you provide our office with some money in advance to guarantee payment for services performed. These monies are referred to as a retainer. Once you and Mark Silverthorn determine which services are to be performed and the agreed-upon fee, Mark Silverthorn will request that you send a retainer in a specific dollar amount to our office prior to these services being performed. These monies will be held in Mark Silverthorn’s trust account. Depending upon what services are actually performed, some of these monies could potentially be returned to you.
You can provide our firm with a retainer (1) online using your credit card or PayPal account, or (2) sending a check or money order to our Buffalo office.
